Terms and Conditions
- The above rates are inclusive of CGST and SGST as applicable by government norms.
- Taxes on Food and Beverage will be as applicable.
- Check in time - 14.00 hrs Check out time - 12.00 Noon.
- All No shows will activate a strict one night retention policy.
- All room reservation needs to be guaranteed with an advance cash payment, credit card payment or bank transfer.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- All bills have to be settled at the time of departure or unless specified.
- As Part of safety and security procedure, the hotel reserve the right to check the guest's baggage on arrival. A recent government notification requires Indian residents to carry an original proof of identification at the time of check in such as driving license, passport, voters ID. For foreigners passport with valid visa is a must.
- As per government legislation, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel, except in designated areas where smoking is permitted.
- Standard terms and condition of the hotel will apply.
- Booking cancelled between a seven (7) to three (3) days from the date of arrival will carry a 10% retention charges.
- Booking cancelled beyond 48 hrs from the date of confirmation will carry a 50% retention charge.
- Booking cancelled in the last 24 hrs from the date of arrival will carry a 100% retention charge.
